BEFORE YOU BEGIN

A separate application must be submitted each year for which the benefits are requested. Please refer to the Financial Aid information provided on our website.

Please gather all of the required information before starting to fill out this form as you will NOT be able to save it.

You will need the following information:

  • Your 2023 Notice of Assessment
  • Your 2024 Salary Verification Letter from your employer
  • Your Government and Professional Student Line of Credit Loan Statements showing
    • Loan balances
    • Payment terms
    • Interest rate
    • Minimum monthly payment
    • Proof of payment

You may also need the following information:

  • If married or common-Law
    • Your partner's 2023 Notice of Assessment
    • Your partner's 2024 Salary Verification Letter
    • Your partner's educational loan information 
  • Repayment Assistance Program documentation
  • Dependent care documentation
  • Professional dues receipts
  • Bar admission receipts for newly admitted lawyers if not reimbursed by employer
